This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This private reference resource cannot retrieve dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or provide legal advice. Those matters must be directed to the court or clerk that holds the record.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the court that maintains the relevant record stream. CourtView serves Common Pleas General and Domestic Relations public access, while Celina Municipal Court uses its separate CaseLook channel. Probate and Juvenile files are handled through their respective divisions, and Ohio does not offer one statewide trial-court portal for every Mercer County case.
- A Common Pleas docket: start with Case Search and confirm the original record with the Clerk of Courts Legal Division
- A municipal case or court date: use the Celina Municipal Court record channel, then contact that court if confirmation is needed
- A certified Common Pleas copy: request it from the Clerk of Courts Legal Division, which maintains the General and Domestic Relations record stream
- A Probate or Juvenile file: contact the appropriate Common Pleas division rather than assuming it appears in a public portal
- A calendar setting: review the Court Calendar route and verify the setting with the record-holding court
For Common Pleas General and Domestic Relations dockets and records, contact the Mercer County Clerk of Courts, Legal Division, led by Calvin Freeman, Clerk of Courts, in Room 205, 101 N. Main Street, Celina, OH 45822, at 419-586-6461. Published hours are Monday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; the Common Pleas office is closed for lunch from noon to 1:00 p.m.
